Joymore watches the dates on every file and raises a flag the moment one needs attention. You don't set these up: they run for every transaction automatically.
Dormant file. No activity for about 30 days.
Approaching closing. The closing date is near and paperwork is still incomplete.
Missing documents after inspection. The inspection deadline passed and required documents haven't arrived.
BBA expired or expiring. The buyer broker agreement is expired or coming up on its expiration date.
Contract not submitted in time. The contract wasn't submitted within the 72-hour rule.
Flags show up on the Transactions list next to the file they affect, and roll up on your dashboard. Joymore checks dates continuously, so the view you open each morning already reflects anything that changed overnight.
From a flag, you can jump straight into the file or ask the agent to act on it, like drafting a reminder to a party who hasn't submitted a document yet (see Working with the agent).
