The Transactions page now supports saved views: a named, reusable combination of filters, columns, sort, and grouping. Save the way you work once, then jump back to it in one click instead of rebuilding filters every day.
A saved view captures:
Filters, including office (single or multiple offices at once) and a dormant flag for files with no activity in 30 days.
Columns, including computed ones: days-to-close, time-in-stage, percent of checklist complete, and last activity.
Sort order, applied on top of those columns.
Grouping, including a Kanban-style board grouped by stage instead of a flat list.
Sort a view by days-to-close and percent checklist complete together to surface the files closest to closing that still have open compliance items. Save that combination as a view and it becomes a standing work queue you can return to instead of a one-off filter.
Set up your filters, columns, sort, and grouping on the Transactions page, then save them as a named view. Switch between saved views to move between different ways of working, for example a per-office Kanban board versus a firm-wide priority list sorted by days-to-close.
