Compliance runs automatically

Every file is checked against your rules, with evidence shown on the page.
Compliance runs automatically

You don't schedule compliance in Joymore. It happens.

How it works

  1. Your checklists pick their own files. Every checklist has an "Applies to" scope (state, transaction kind, side, property type, financing). Joymore matches each file's profile against your checklists and assigns the right one automatically.
  2. Reviews read everything. A compliance review checks every document on the file against every checklist item: signatures, dates, amounts, required disclosures, missing documents.
  3. Problems come with proof. Every issue is highlighted directly on the page of the actual document: what failed, where, and the exact rule it broke, quoted from your checklist.

Your part: decide

When a review finishes, Joymore walks you through the issues in chat, one at a time: yes, this is an issue / no, it isn't / leave a note to defer it. Confirmed issues drive the follow-up: the agent drafts the outreach to whoever needs to fix it, and you approve before anything sends.

When a corrected document arrives later, the issue resolves itself. When everything is decided and nothing is waiting on you, you get Review complete, plus a pointer to the next file that needs attention.

Watching progress

The Compliance column on the Transactions page shows every file's checklist completion at a glance, and each file's Issues and Checklist tabs hold the full detail.
