Working with the agent

Chat sits beside every page in Joymore, and it isn't a help widget; it's how work gets done. Anything a person at your brokerage can do, the agent can do: update a transaction's status, correct a party name, run a compliance review, dig through documents, chase a missing signature, summarize where a deal stands.

Just ask

Type what you want, in plain language:

• "Mark 425 N Pine as under contract"
• "The buyer's name is spelled Katherine, not Catherine"
• "Review this file"
• "Draft follow-up emails for every missing document"

Attach files with the + button or drag and drop; type @ to point at a specific transaction, document, or app. The Work in… picker scopes a chat to one file.

You stay in control

The agent shows its work: every step is visible while it runs, and every chat is kept on the Chats page as a record. And nothing leaves the building without you: every email it drafts waits for your Send, editable until the moment you approve it. Questions it can't answer alone come to you as simple choices; everything waiting on you is collected in the Waiting on you feed on your home page.
