Getting transactions in

Forward documents to your inbox. Files create and organize themselves.
Getting transactions in

There is no "new transaction" form in Joymore. Documents drive everything: get the paperwork in, and the files build themselves.

Forward email to your inbox

Under Settings → Inbox, your brokerage has an email address anyone can forward documents to. When email arrives, Joymore:

  1. Reads and classifies every attachment.
  2. Files each document to the right transaction, or creates a new transaction when nothing matches.
  3. Updates the file's details (parties, property, terms) from what it reads.

Nobody has to do anything. Agents just forward paperwork the way they already email it around, and every file stays current. If something needs a hand, you get a notification.

Or hand documents to the agent

Attach files in any chat (drag and drop, or the + button) and tell the agent where they go. Say "Help me create a new transaction" to open a file from scratch.

What you'll see

New files appear on the Transactions page at Pre-contract and move through Active, Under contract, and Closed. Each file keeps a live briefing of where things stand and what to do next, and compliance starts checking it automatically (see Compliance runs automatically).
