Get transactions into Joymore

Open Transactions, then select Create. Joymore provides three creation paths.

Create with chat

Choose Create with chat when you want to describe the file and provide documents conversationally. Joymore will ask for information it still needs.

Create from files

Choose Create from files to select documents from your computer. Joymore processes the files and organizes them into a transaction.

Import from cloud

Choose Import from cloud to browse files in:

• Google Drive
• Dropbox
• OneDrive
• SharePoint
• Box

The original files stay in cloud storage. If a provider is not connected, select it in the import window and complete the connection first. The same cloud connection may also be available to chat and automations.

Use a brokerage inbox

Each brokerage can manage its intake addresses under Settings > Inbox. Forward transaction email and attachments to the appropriate brokerage inbox.

After intake

Open the transaction to review its status, side, assigned person, agents, dates, parties, property details, and extracted terms. Treat extracted or provisional values as items to verify against the source documents.
