Joymore helps a real estate brokerage organize transaction files and review them against the brokerage's own requirements.
Transactions
Bring a file into Joymore from chat, local files, cloud storage, or a brokerage inbox. Joymore organizes the documents into a transaction and extracts useful transaction details for review.
Compliance
Joymore compares each transaction with the checklists and rules in your Knowledge library. Reviewers can work from either a checklist of requirements or a document-by-document view, inspect the supporting file, and decide each issue.
Chat
Use chat to ask about your transactions, work through open issues, draft follow-ups, or request supported actions. Chat can work in the context of the transaction or document you have open.
Communication
The Communication workspace keeps transaction email, attachments, drafts, sent messages, scheduled messages, and archived threads together.
Automations and connected apps
Automations can schedule tasks, set reminders, or monitor for updates. Connected apps and plugins extend the systems and actions Joymore can use.
Brokerage setup
Knowledge, Forms, Team, Offices, Broker approvals, Inbox, Vault, and Connected Apps are managed from Settings.
