Open Settings > Brokerage and find Broker approvals.
Turn on Enable broker approval tracking when final broker approval is part of the brokerage's process.
Add the brokerage's state licenses and configure the designated broker or delegate responsible for approval. Joymore can route the approval based on the transaction and license configuration.
Completed approval activity is recorded for the transaction. Use Activity to review the approval trail.
Do not enable broker approvals until license and reviewer assignments are complete.
